Position: US IT Recruiter (Fresher)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Rs 10,000/- to Rs 25,000/- per month + Incentives
Number of Positions: 2-4

What we are looking for (minimum qualification):

- Fresh Graduates or < 6 Months of recruitment experience.
- B.E. / B. Tech./MCA / BCA / B.Sc. /M.Sc. or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of current and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Able to perform complex Boolean searches (or aptitude to learn) on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com etc.)
- Clear understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD / OPT).
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
